Account recovery request for your Mint account

We don't offer password reset at this time, but here’s what we can do instead.

If you can't successfully sign in to your Intuit Account, update your info by selecting the Recover my account button below. This is the easiest way for us to help if you can't receive a code (maybe your phone number and email address have changed) and you've forgotten your password.

You must provide a photo ID, otherwise your request will be rejected. After filling out this form, a Mint representative may get in touch with you.
