Why am I getting a "We can't find one of your accounts" error?

You could get this message for one of the following reasons:

  1. You received a replacement credit card
  2. Your account shows as closed at the bank's website.

If the account is closed, please mark its status as closed from the Settings tab.

If the account is active and is showing as active on the provider's website, please email or chat us and we'll check into it for you.
