How do I add land value to my Mint account?

SOLVEDby TurboTax70Updated almost 2 years ago

Note: We're experiencing some connectivity issues with Zillow and are working tirelessly to get this resolved. If your Zillow account isn't updating, you may need to delete and re-add it.

To track your real estate ownership, you can add a property to your Mint account.

You can’t do this in the app. Here’s how to do it from the web:

  1. Sign in to Mint.com
  2. Select +Add Accounts from the top menu
  3. Select Add a property
  4. Select Real Estate
  5. In the Street Address field, enter your address. Add your zip code to the Zip field
  6. Select Find with Zillow
  7. This will add the Zillow Zestimate value of your property to Mint. If you’d prefer to add the value yourself, select Enter manually below the address fields
  8. Select your confirmed address
  9. Answer the questions about your property then select Add It

If these steps don't work, go here to troubleshoot.

If you want to add a mortgage account, go here.
