It's possible that you're experiencing a problem with KeyBank because you need to enable third party access so we can collect your transaction info for you.
To enable third party access on the KeyBank website, follow the steps below:
- Login to the KeyBank website
- Click on Self-Service
- Click on Security Center
- Click on Third Party Access tab
In the tab above, you’ll need to provide the information asked for in order to enable third party access to your KeyBank account information.
Once you complete the steps, your account should refresh successfully within Mint.
