Starting Aug 11, 2016, Wells Fargo will begin to migrate some of their customers to their new site. This process will affect a small number or Mint accounts during each phase. As your accounts are migrated, you may experience a "Temporary Connectivity Error" when you attempt to add a new Wells Fargo account, or while trying to refresh (update) your accounts using Mint.
If you encounter this issue, please wait for 24-48 hours before refreshing or adding your accounts again in Mint. If after 48 hours, you continue to experience an connection error, please email or chat us for further assistance.
