If you're having issues connecting your Fifth Third Bank accounts to Mint, please try to do the following steps first:
1. Clear your browser's cache and cookie files
2. Login directly to your bank account at the Fifth Third website
3. Once there, an updated Terms and Condition will pop up regarding "Digital Services User Agreement"
4. After acknowledging the prompt, login to Mint and try reconnecting your account again.
