If you're unable to find your account in Mint, please see below for some tips that may help:
- Try searching for the URL instead of the name. For example, you can find Compass Bank by searching for "compassweb.com".
- Instead of searching for the generic term "Visa", search for the issuer listed on the back of the card (e.g. "Chase", "MBNA", "Bank of America").
If neither of the tips above help, it is possible that we may not support your provider as of yet. In this case, please follow the steps below to request to add support for your provider:
- In the Add Account search, if you cannot locate your provider, click on the link that says "Request an Account"
- Fill out the form and click Request Support.
Please note that we will do our best to add your account. However, due to factors outside our control, including approval from the institution itself, we cannot guarantee that your provider will be supported.
You can check back periodically to see if support for your account has been added.
