If you want to better understand the connection between your budgets and goals, here are a few tips:
- When you create a goal, you'll see a new budget item in the Budgets tab under "Goals".
- You can choose to exclude either some or all of the goal amount from your budget. See here for more information.
- Your goal amount will be deducted from your income budget after all your other budgeted expenses, if there is anything remaining. If nothing remains or you go over-budget, nothing will be applied towards the goal for that month.
