Known Issue - Why am I getting a "can't update" message on accounts that are closed?

There is currently an issue in which accounts that are closed are displaying error messages that the account needs attention or needs updating. 

Our development team is aware of the issue an are working to resolve it as soon as possible. However, at this point, we do not have a time frame for when the issue will be resolved.
