Unable to Connect or Incorrect Information for Wells Fargo Accounts

Why am I seeing incorrect transactions on my bank account?

A systems upgrade between Intuit and a financial institution resulted in select customers seeing miscategorized transactions in their feed.  Any inaccurate transaction information does not reflect actual account balance changes, only inaccurate reporting viewed in-product.

Is this an issue with QuickBooks/Mint or the bank?

Any inaccuracies are the result of a systems upgrade between Intuit and a financial institution that resulted in a data feed error.

How long has this issue been going on and when did you first discover it?

A systems upgrade was conducted a few days ago, which resulted in select customers seeing miscategorized transactions in their feed.  We discovered the issue soon thereafter and have been actively engaging with the financial institution and all affected customers.

Did the incorrect debit or credit transactions actually affect my bank account?

These transactions were miscategorized in the transaction log you viewed in-product but did not impact account balances.

What are you doing to fix this issue?

We have temporarily stopped data sharing with the financial institution and are conducting a full review of all related systems.  We are also validating all transaction records in our products to assure accuracy.
