Connectivity Issue: Selene Finance Mortgage

We are currently investigating an issue with Selene Finance Mortgage accounts. Users are unable to add or refresh their accounts in Mint. In order to speed up the process, we are looking for customers who are willing to do conference meetings with our data engineers. The conference call will happen between 08:00 AM - 01:00 PM, Pacific Time Mondays-Fridays. Please note that screensharing might happen that's why computer access is requested. There are also some instances that we will refresh your account from our back end which triggers your OTP (One Time Passcode) and we may ask that you provide the code while doing the call session.

If you are willing to participate on this, provide us with your contact number and your preferred time/date of contact.
