Known Issue: Unable to add US Bank accounts

Some users are reporting they can't add their US Bank accounts to Mint for a handful of reasons:

  • The pop-up window doesn't load
  • The list of bank accounts doesn't appear after selecting Authorize
  • The user can't select Submit after selecting the accounts
  • The Authorize button is missing or doesn’t work

If you’re experiencing this in the app, sign in to Mint.com and add your account there. You can return to the app and your US Bank account will be added.

If you’re experiencing this on the web, switch to an incognito/private window or try a different web browser, and sign in to Mint.com there. If that still doesn’t work, sign in to the Mint app and add your US Bank account there.
