If you’re repeatedly told to Start syncing your bank again on a more reliable connection, select your Mint experience below and follow the instructions.
Mint mobile app
- Open the app and select the gear icon in the top corner
- Select Accounts
- Tap on the bank that’s disconnected
- Select Edit Login
- Follow the instructions to re-enter your sign in info. This should update your connection and stop the loop. If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to make the account inactive and re-add the entire account
Mint web
- Sign in to mint.com
- Select Settings from the left menu
- Select the gear icon next to the bank that’s disconnected
- Select Edit Login
- Follow the instructions to re-enter your sign in info. This should update your connection and stop the loop. If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to make the account inactive and re-add the entire account
