I’m stuck in a reliable connection loop

If you’re repeatedly told to Start syncing your bank again on a more reliable connection, select your Mint experience below and follow the instructions.

  1. Open the app and select the gear icon in the top corner
  2. Select Accounts
  3. Tap on the bank that’s disconnected
  4. Select Edit Login
  5. Follow the instructions to re-enter your sign in info. This should update your connection and stop the loop. If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to make the account inactive and re-add the entire account
  1. Sign in to mint.com
  2. Select Settings from the left menu
  3. Select the gear icon next to the bank that’s disconnected
  4. Select Edit Login
  5. Follow the instructions to re-enter your sign in info. This should update your connection and stop the loop. If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to make the account inactive and re-add the entire account
