I’m stuck in a reliable connection loop

If you’re repeatedly being prompted to Start syncing your bank again on a more reliable connection, follow these instructions.

From the app:

  1. Open the app and select the gear icon in the top corner.
  2. Select Accounts.
  3. Tap on the bank that’s not connecting. Select Edit Login.
  4. Follow the instructions to re-enter your sign in info. This should update your connection and stop the loop. If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to make the account inactive and re-add the entire account.

From Mint.com:

  1. Sign in to Mint.com.
  2. Select Settings from the top menu.
  3. Select the gear icon next to the bank that’s not connecting.
  4. Select EDIT LOGIN.
  5. Follow the instructions to re-enter your sign in info. This should update your connection and stop the loop. If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to make the account inactive and re-add the entire account.
