Why do I see an unfamiliar IP address?

Mint connects to your financial institution(s) on a daily basis to show you your most updated info. This sometimes results in an unfamiliar IP address accessing your data on your bank’s website.

Don’t be alarmed. This is standard practice. This is simply the connection between Mint and your bank account(s).

However, if you suspect that Mint isn’t responsible for this unknown IP address, contact your bank immediately.

At Intuit, we’re dedicated to guarding your data. You can learn more about our privacy and security measures by going to our security center website.
