Ally Financial Incorrect Password

Due to recent changes to the Ally Financial website users will encounter error 103 when attempting to connect their accounts in Mint. To resolve the issue please complete the following: 

  • Log in on the Ally Financial website and edit your password. 
  • Return to Mint and locate your Ally Financial account in settings
  • Click the gear icon for this account and choose "Edit Login" 
  • Re-enter your login credentials for this account to re-connect the account to Mint
