How do I fix my incorrect password for Ally Financial?

Because of recent changes to the Ally Financial website, Mint users may see an error 103 on their Ally Financial account.

Select your Mint experience and follow these steps to fix the error.

  1. Sign in to your Ally Financial account on their website
  2. Change your Ally Financial password
  3. Return to the Mint app and select the settings gear icon
  4. Select Accounts
  5. Select your Ally Financial accont
  6. Select Edit Login
  7. Enter your username and new password to re-connect the account to Mint
