my fidelity wont connect

While researching this issue, We discovered that in some cases there is a prompt from your bank website that requires your attention. 
Please follow the below steps: 
1. Login to your "Fidelity Investments" bank account outside our product. 
2. Click on the from the summary page. 
3. Click on "Account Services" or "View Transactions" or View Statements" link of the account on "Manage Money & Payments" page. 
4. A new window will open requesting a secure login to "FIA Card Services". 
5. Click "Enroll Now" if you don’t have FIA card services login credentials. 
6. Kindly link your Fidelity investments credit card account to FIA Card Services. 
If this is done once, you will be able to directly access the FIA cards through Fidelity investments. 

Once this is done, please come back to our product and refresh the accounts.
