Connection Problem with Charles Schwab Retirement Plan Services

Some customers are experiencing adding or refreshing issue with their Charles Schwab Retirement Plan Services account in Mint. To solve the issue, please try doing the following steps:

 

1. Clear first your browser's cache and cookies or use an unrecognized computer
2. Using this link, login to your Charles Schwab Retirement Plan Services bank account
3. Click on ADVANTAGE RESOURCING DEFERRAL PLAN FOR KEY EMPLOYEES from account summary page.
4. You will be prompted with a message.
5. To begin, just enter or verify your email address and press 'Set Me Up'.

Once this is done, please come back to our product and refresh the accounts.
