Capital One 360 or Capital Credit Card accounts show as inactive accounts

We’ve made recent changes to resolve expired logins for Capital One 360 and Capital One Credit Cards account in Mint.  If you recently added a new set accounts under Capital One to continue updating these account, please follow these instruction to re-activate the original accounts. 

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mint app, select Profile, and then select Accounts. Or, if you're signed in at mint.com, select Settings from the top menu
  2. Select your Capital One account and mark any duplicate accounts as Inactive
  3. Locate the original Capital One 360 or Capital Once Credit Card accounts, and click or tap the nearby gear icon, then select Edit Login
  4. Enter your sign in information and complete the steps to active these accounts.
  5. Once your accounts are working properly, you may mark the newly added duplicate accounts (accounts you marked inactive in step 2 as hidden to prevent duplicate transactions in your budgets and trends.
