To mark a transaction as a duplicate:
- Sign in to Mint.com on your web browser. This can’t be done in the mobile app.
- Select Transactions from the gray bar at the top of the page.
- Choose the transaction you wish to mark as a duplicate.
- Select Edit Details and then check the box that states This is a duplicate.
- Select I'm Done to save.
You can also mark multiple transactions as duplicates at once:
- Check the box next to each transaction you'd like to mark as a duplicate.
- Select Edit Multiple at the top of the page.
- Check the box that states This is a duplicate.
- Select I'm Done to save.
The transaction will still appear in your transactions list, but it will be grayed out.
To completely hide duplicate transactions:
- Select the gear icon at the top right of the transaction list.
- Select Hide duplicate transactions.
If you think you have duplicate accounts that are creating duplicate transactions, you can hide the account or mark it as inactive.
