How do I manually add transactions?

SOLVEDby TurboTax204Updated 1 year ago

You can manually add transactions such as cash, checks, and other transactions that wouldn’t be automatically added by one of your financial institutions. You can only add transactions from the past 90 days,

Mint doesn't support importing spreadsheets or other files with transactions at this time.

Note: All manually added transactions will be entered as pending (will appear gray or lighter in color on the transactions tab).

  1. Open the Mint app and scroll down until you see Recent Transactions. Select See all
  2. Select More options (the three dots in the right corner)
  3. Tap Add a transaction.
  4. Enter the amount of the transaction.
  5. Tap the merchant field, and search a previous merchant or enter a new one.
  6. Tap the Expense field, and select Income or Expense, then select Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit Card
  7. Tap the account field, and choose the account where the transaction took place.
  8. Tap Next
  9. Confirm and edit more details about the transaction and tap Done or Save
  1. Sign in to Mint.com and select Transactions from the side menu
  2. Select Add transaction, located above the list of your transactions
  3. Enter the details for your transaction
  4. Select Save
