How can I delete a linked financial institution?

If you delete a financial institution, it’ll permanently delete all of its data in your Mint account, including historical transactions. This can’t be reversed. You can hide individual accounts or mark them as inactive if you’d like to still see the accounts’ transactions.

From Mint.com:

  1. Log in to Mint and select Settings from the black bar at the top of the page.
  2. Choose the financial institution you want to delete and select the gear icon.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Enter DELETE into the field and select Delete.

From the Mint app:

  1. Open the Mint app and go to Settings.
  2. Select Accounts and then tap the financial institution you’d like to delete.
  3. Select Delete Account in the bottom right corner.
  4. Select Delete again.
