Why am I getting a "We can't find your account" error?

You're most likely getting this error due to one of the reasons below:

  1. Your account is not showing in the provider's website
  2. Your account has a different account number (possibly due to a new card)
  3. Your account may have been closed 

Please check your account's website to see if any open, active accounts are displayed there. If they are, let us know and we'll check out the issue further.
