How do I cancel a payment?

You can cancel a payment from the payment receipt found in the biller detail section in both the web and mobile app or from the payment confirmation email notification you received. 

IMPORTANT: There is a specific time frame available for cancellation of each payment. 

The time you have to cancel a payment depends on the time you created your payment.

The cancellation time frame is available in the payment receipt in the app and in the payment confirmation email.
