How do I delete a bill in Mint?

If you no longer want to view or manage your bill through Mint, you can delete or hide your bill.

Deleting a bill will also delete your entire biller’s account in Mint, so for most users, it’s best to just hide your bill. Here’s how to do that.

From the mobile app:

  1. Open the app and select Monthly from the bottom menu.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Upcoming bills.
  3. Select the bill you’d like to hide.
  4. Tap on the pencil icon or the three dots in the top corner. Select Edit.
  5. Flip the switch next to Hide from Bills.
  6. Select Done.

From Mint.com:

  1. Sign in to Mint.com and select Bills from the top menu.
  2. Hover over the bill you’d like to hide and select the gear icon that appears.
  3. Check the box next to HIDE FROM BILLS.
  4. Your changes are automatically saved.

If you want to delete a bill, and therefore the entire billing account (including its history), here’s how to do it.

From Mint.com:

  1. Sign in to Mint.com and select Settings from the top menu.
  2. Select the gear icon next to the biller you’d like to delete.
  3. Select DELETE.
  4. Type DELETE in the field.
  5. Select the DELETE button.
