Chase Bank - My balance is not correct

Mint has recently changed how it connects to Chase Bank and as a result you may notice your balance may be different.  Don't worry!  Your balance is correct.   This change is because Mint no longer downloads or includes pending transactions in its download.  

If you do have concerns that the balance is incorrect, you can validate your balance by doing the following:

  1. Login to Chase Bank
  2. Open the account that does not appear to show the proper balance
  3. Look at the balance value just before your first pending transaction.

If the balance in your account matches the balance in Mint then the value is correct.   If it is not, please contact our support team for further assistance.
