Connectivity Issue with Toyota Financial Services and Lexus Financial Services

Toyota Financial Services and Lexus Financial Services updated their Online Policies and Agreements. Those changes resulted to connectivity issues with some of Toyota Financial Services accounts in Mint.

To restore your account's connection in Mint, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to Toyota Financial or Lexus Financial website
2. Answer your Security question/s
3. Accept the Agreement/Terms and Conditions, if prompted after successful login
4. Set up enhanced login security to receive one time code via email or mobile
5. You should be able to access your Account Summary page
6. Once done, log back to Mint and refresh your account

If the message or prompt did not show up, here are some things you can do to trigger it:
* Clear the cache and cookies of your browser.
* Use a different computer when logging in to the bank's website.

Doing those steps should reconnect your accounts for updated information.
