How do I fix my migrated account?

We're improving the security of our connection with some banks, but it may have disrupted some of your accounts. If your accounts aren’t connecting correctly, try this:

From the Mint app:

  1. Open the Mint app and select the gear icon in the top corner.
  2. Select Accounts and then tap the name of your bank.
  3. If you're on an Android device, select the three dots in the top corner then Edit Credentials. Skip to step 5.
  4. If you're on an iOS device, select Edit Login.
  5. Follow the instructions on the next screen until you can select Save & connect.
  6. Your account will reconnect and download any missing transactions from the past 90 days.

From Mint.com:

  1. Log in to Mint and select Settings from the black bar at the top of the page.
  2. Above the gear icon next to your bank, select Update Now, Re-link Now, or Edit my Connection and re-enter your credentials.
  3. Choose the accounts you’d like to add or refresh.
  4. Select Give Access.
  5. Your account will reconnect and download any missing transactions from the past 90 days.

If these instructions don't work and your account is still inactive, go here.
