How do I fix my migrated account?

We're improving the security of our connection with some banks, but it may have disrupted some of your accounts. If your accounts aren’t connecting correctly, try this:

  1. Open the Mint app and select Profile in the top corner
  2. Select Accounts and then tap the name of your bank
  3. If you're on an Android device, select the three dots in the top corner then Edit Credentials. Skip to step 5
  4. If you're on an iOS device, select Edit Login
  5. Follow the instructions on the next screen until you can select Save & connect
  6. Your account will reconnect and download any missing transactions from the past 90 days
  1. Sign in to Mint and select Settings
  2. Next to your bank select Update NowRe-link Now, or Edit my Connection and re-enter your credentials
  3. Follow any additional instructions
  4. Your account will reconnect and download any missing transactions from the past 90 days

If these instructions don't work and your account is still inactive, go here.
