Known Issue: Capital One Investing

Capital One has made a strategic decision to exit the brokerage business. As a result, existing Capital One Investing accounts will no longer update in Mint. Don’t worry, you can keep your existing Capital One Investing account history already in Mint.  In order to continue tracking your new accounts, you will need to add your accounts again using E*Trade Bank.  Please follow these steps to close your Capital One Investing accounts in Mint, and add E*Trade Bank:

1.    Login to
2.    Click Settings
3.    Locate Capital One Investing
4.    For each account listed under Capital One Investing, change the Status from Active to Inactive
5.    Click on "+ ADD ACCOUNTS" 
6.    Search for E*TRADE Bank
7.    Complete the required steps to add your accounts.
