Why are my Capital One transactions missing?

SOLVEDby TurboTax772Updated almost 2 years ago

Capital One allows Mint to update your financial data only once every 24 hours. As a result, it can take up to 48 hours for cleared transactions to be available in Mint.

If one or more of your accounts haven't updated in over 24 hours, there may be an outage. You can check by typing Capital One in the above search bar.

If your account isn't experiencing an outage and still isn’t connecting, try these fixes:

  • Check that your username and password are correct
    1. Open the Mint app, select Profile, and then select Accounts.
      1. Or, if you're signed in at Mint.com, select Settings
    2. Select the gear icon next to Capital One, then select Edit Login
    3. Enter your sign in info for your Capital One account
    4. Select Save & connect
  • Check that your account isn't hidden or marked inactive
