Connectivity Issue: Principal Financial - Retirement

Some customers are having issues adding or refreshing their Principal Financial - Retirement accounts in Mint. We found out that an action needs to be taken on the bank's website in order to resolve the issue.

Please do the following:

1. Log in to your bank’s website directly @
2. Check for any prompts with the required actions and follow the instructions provided.
3. View all your account balances and transaction details, if there are any, to make sure that there are no other actions required.
4. Go back to and click the "Edit Login" button to clear the error.
