Go here to add real estate ownership to your Mint account.
You can track your land ownership, vehicles, debts, assets, or other properties without linking them to a financial institution.
This can’t be done in the app.
Here's how:
- Sign in to Mint.com.
- Select +Add Accounts from the black bar at the top of the page.
- Select +Add a property for real estate, vehicles, cash or debt, or anything else you'd like to track. Or you can select +Add an offline bill for loans, rent, day care, or any other offline bills you may have.
- Fill out the requested information and select Save.
If you want to add an offline bank account for retirement, savings, or any other situation, do this:
- Sign in to Mint.com.
- Select +Add Accounts from the black bar at the top of the page.
- Select +Add a property.
- Select Cash or Debt.
- Select Cash from the drop-down menu, then select Next.
- Enter the details of your account and select Add it.
Mint can’t automatically update the value of a manually added property, so be sure to make any changes yourself.
