How do I add a new account in Mint?

SOLVEDby TurboTax378Updated over 1 year ago

Select your Mint experience and follow the instructions to add your bank, biller, or other financial institution to your account.

  1. Open the Mint app and tap the plus sign in the top right corner
  2. Select Add Account
  3. In the search field, enter the financial institution you want to add and select it
  4. Enter your username, password, and other required info. Use the same username and password you use to sign in to your financial institution's website
  5. Mint will add the account and download all its transactions from the past 90 days
  1. Sign in to Mint and select +Add Accounts from the top menu
  2. In the search field, enter the financial institution you want to add and select it
  3. Enter your username, password, and other required info. Use the same username and password you use to sign in to your financial institution's website
  4. Mint will add the account and download all its transactions from the past 90 days

If your bank, biller, credit card, or financial institution doesn't appear in the search results when adding your account, we can't add it as an automatically updating account at this time. However, you can add it as a manual account.

To add your real estate, vehicle, or other assets not connected to a bank, add them as a manual offline account.
