What do I do if I can't find my bank, credit card or financial institution in Mint?

If you're unable to find your financial institution in Mint, please see below for some tips that may help:

  1. Login to the Mint Website.
  2. Click on the +Add Accounts button at the top of the screen on the Mint website.
  3. Type in the name of the bank as it appears when you visit your banks website.
    • Example:  1st Advanatage instead of First Advantage
  4. Instead of searching for the generic term "Visa", search for the issuer listed on the back of your card (e.g. "Chase", "MBNA", "Bank of America").

If neither of the tips above help, it is possible that we may not support your provider as of yet. In this case, please follow the steps below to request that Mint add support for your provider:

  1. In the Add Account search, if you cannot locate your provider, click on the link that says "Request an Account"
  2. Fill out the form and click "Request Support".

Please note that we will do our best to add your account. However, due to factors outside our control, including approval from the institution itself, we cannot guarantee that your provider will be supported.

You can check back periodically to see if support for your account has been added.
