What do I do if I can't find my bank, credit card or financial institution in Mint?

If you can’t find your bank, biller, etc., be sure to:

  • Search for the name of your bank exactly as it appears on its website. For example, 1st Advantage instead of First Advantage.
  • Search for the issuer listed on the back of your card instead of searching for the generic term. For example, Chase, MBNA, or Bank of America instead of Visa.

If your financial institution is still missing, scroll to the bottom of your search results and select Still can’t find your bank?. This is only available through Mint.com, not the app. Provide your bank’s name and website to request support for this bank. We can’t promise that your provider will be supported, but we’ll try our best.

If your financial institution isn't supported you can try to add it as a manual account.
