Known Issue: Continue button inactive when updating credentials for some customers

There is a current issue in which the continue button doesn't work when trying to update the credentials for a specific account. 

We're aware of this issue and are working to fix it as quickly as possible, but we don't have a time frame right now for when it'll be fixed.
