If your phone number has changed and you can't sign in to your account, fill out our account recovery form.
If you need to update your contact info, follow these steps:
- Go here and sign in to your account
- Select Sign in & security
- Select Phone, then select Change next to the phone number you want to update
- Enter the new phone number and enter your password
- Select Save
- You can then verify your new number with either a text message or voice call
