My phone was lost/stolen, how do I keep my information safe?

You should change your password. This will reset all your devices and browsers.

  1. Go to and sign in to your account.
  2. Select Settings from the top menu.
  3. Select Intuit Account from the menu on the left.
  4. Select Sign in & security.
  5. Select Account activity.
  6. Select Change your password at the bottom of the page.
  7. Enter your new and current passwords. Select Save and continue.
