How do I delete my Mint account?

If you're a user in the United States, follow these steps to delete your Mint account:

  1. Open your browser (either on your device or a computer) and sign in at Mint.com. If you’re signed in to your account through the Mint app, you need to leave the app and sign in to a browser. Deleting the app without also going through these steps won’t delete your Mint account.
  2. Select Settings from the top menu.
  3. Select Intuit Account from the side menu.
  4. Select Manage data & privacy.
  5. Select Delete your Intuit data.
  6. Select Make a delete request.
  7. On the next screen, confirm you’re signed in to the correct account, and select Continue.
  8. Select the products you want to delete, and select Continue.
  9. A confirmation will appear with additional information regarding your request. Check the box next to I understand what’ll happen after my data is deleted and I want to send this request. Then select Continue.
  10. Enter your Mint password and select Delete this data.

If you're told That didn't work or incorrect password, clear your browser cache and try again.
