How do I delete my Mint data?

We want to make sure that you can manage your data safely and easily. No matter which Intuit services or offerings you use, you can manage all of your data in your Intuit Account.

What should I expect?

Once you submit a request to delete data, there's a 72-hour window during which you can cancel the process in your Intuit Account. After the window, you'll no longer be able to cancel the request, and we're unable to retrieve your data.

What do I need to do?

Follow these steps to delete your Mint account.

  1. Sign in to your Intuit account here. 
  2. Select Data privacy.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Continue through the screens, select to delete only your Mint account (so your TurboTax data isn't affected), and answer our questions until you can select Delete this data.
  5. You'll be asked to sign in one more time so we can be sure it’s you and then your data deletion request will be submitted.
